The voice of reason and enterprising manager fuelling the inimitable Suki culture, Sandy believes in the fundamentals of hairdressing – both technically and professionally – and exercises these as a stylist and CEO of the Australian Hairdressing Council.

Andre – Salon Co-ordinator

For many years Andre’ ensured major advertising campaigns ran smoothly for one of Sydney’s leading advertising agencies. These skills have translated beautifully into the co-ordination of our busy salon. Her high level of organisational and people skills ensures Suki’s valued clients enjoy the best possible Suki experience.

Janice – Salon Co-ordinator / Senior Stylist

As a curly hair specialist, Sophie has a talent for customizing and tailoring hair cuts to suit lifestyle and personality. Sophie’s color work is renowned for its creativity and high fashion aesthetic that is adaptable for all commercial looks.

Renee – Session Stylist

Making her debut in 1994, Renee immediately shone with artistic flair that has seen her style hair for the catwalks in New York, London, Aukland and Australian Fashion Weeks. Over the years her accolades range from Hair Expo Finalist – New Creative Force, to sharing her skills educating the industry internationally. With Renee’s attention to detail she is in high demand as a bridal hairstylist and her salon floor appointments are highly sought after.

Jenni’s passion for detail and love affair with visual arts compliments Suki culture every day. The Suki Co-ordinator notoriously calls on a previous life in frontline hospitality management and mixes it with dedication to impeccable customer service when meeting the needs of valued Suki clientele – Jenni ensures service is smooth and smiles are abundant in a role dedicated to catering for the individual desires of Suki’s clientele, staff and culture.

Shaleena – Senior Stylist

Highly skilled and accurately technical Shaleena is indeed a color prodigy. As one of only a few Australian recipients of the L’Oreal Professionnel color degree, Shaleena has an in depth understanding of both color application and science. Her dedication to growth and education have seen Shaleena acknowledged as a Kerastase Ambassdor for Suki Newcastle, in addition to being on the esteemed L’Oreal I-D Team. Shaleena has used these platforms to share her wealth of knowledge with hairdressers nationally. She is a color correction specialist that is always in high demand on the salon floor.

Always dedicated and highly motivated, Bekk is actively involved with hairdressing education, sharing her skills and developing the new breed of talent coming through the Newcastle salon.

Hannah’s key strengths lie in her detailed approach to barbering as well as editorial styling and platform work. Since joining the suki team in 2009, Hannah has been a part of the L’Oreal iD team, the 2012 recipient of the Judges Recognition Award for Apprentice of the year, 2013 finalist in the NSW training awards and a platform artist on the Hair Expo launch pad; in addition to having her photographic work published in the industry’s leading trade magazines. Hannah credits her attention to detail and creative approach to her degree in Natural History Illustration. Her refined skills and gentle approach have made her a popular team member that is sought after by a varied clientele.

Amelia – Senior Stylist

Amelia is a graduate stylist and began her suki career over 4 years ago and has been the perfect fit for the suki culture since day one. Amelia’s passion for runway and editorial work allow her to craft beautiful and polished looks in the salon combining her classical training and high fashion experience. Amelia’s behind the scenes work is key to the development and customisation of new trends that very much have that suki touch. Like the rest of the suki team Amelia’s attention to detail ensures each and every client leaves her chair blissed out and looking great.

Our pricing is a reflection of our commitment to continual training, education and experience. All prices include GST. All prices are subject to variation without notice. Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a loss of deposit. Suki reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments. No shows will be required to pay deposits for all future appointments. Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival of visit.
