“While the store was operating the staff and service was impectable. Both Pete and Anastasia provided customer service second to none! Since closing shop, I have left numerous messages to no avail to discuss a refund or another service I could utilise for my 20 unused solarium sessions. After leaving at least 4 messages, still haven’t heard a word. Such a shsme if such a reputable business within the community is tainted by the mismanagement of previous client. I’m still hopeful Pete will do the right thing. He’s always been a great business operator.”
