“Took my brother here for a face shave. Phoned beforehand and asked if they do shaves – they said no problem and said to come in. When we got there we waited over 45 minutes and were then told they didn’t have time to do a shave. They then said they would, so my brother sat in the chair for 10 minutes only to then be told they wouldn’t do it afterall. In the time we waited only 5 people got cuts. Total waste of time.”
