Shipping & Delivery
All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Shipping within Australia will take approximately 3-5 working days. For delivery within Australia we use Australia Post Express eParcel.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact the shipping company, using the reference number supplied to you.
Suzanne Grae ships to New Zealand and we use Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service.

Please note: we do not deliver to New Zealand PO BOX addresses. All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Australia and New Zealand orders
For delivery within Australia and New Zealand, we offer free shipping when you spend over $60AUD.

For purchases that do not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $10AUD for any purchases to be shipped within Australia or New Zealand.

We offer free shipping for Gift Card orders over $60AUD. For Gift Cards under $60AUD, shipping is $5 within Australia or New Zealand.

International Orders
For international delivery we offer free shipping when you spend over $80AUD.

For purchases that do not meet this threshold we charge a flat rate of $25AUD for any purchases to be shipped outside of Australia and New Zealand.

We offer free shipping for Gift Card orders over $80AUD. For Gift Cards under $80AUD, shipping is $5 outside Australia or New Zealand.

Returns
Your right to a refund of purchase price
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Suzanne Grae if the item is:

faulty and the fault or defect was not pointed out to you before you purchased it or would not have been apparent to you when you inspected the goods before purchase; or
not ‘of merchantable quality’, meaning that it is not of the quality that you reasonably expected when you purchased it, bearing in mind the way the item was described to you before your purchase and also the price of the item; or
not fit for its purpose, meaning that the item does not do what you reasonably expected it would,
AND you return the item within a reasonable time after purchase and provide Suzanne Grae with proof of purchase, such as your original Suzanne Grae receipt or bank statement. If you do not return the item within a reasonable time, you will not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price but you will be entitled to exchange the goods.

Suzanne Grae reserves the right to ask you to demonstrate that you did not cause or create the fault in the item.

If you are entitled to a refund but you would prefer to exchange the item or receive a Suzanne Grae gift card of equivalent value to the item, Suzanne Grae is happy to exchange or give you the gift card instead of a refund.

In-Store Exchange/Return
If you would like to exchange or return your item, simply visit your local Suzanne Grae store (within Australia) and our staff will process the exchange or return of your online purchase. Just remember to bring in a printed copy of your tax invoice order confirmation email with you.

Online Returns
If you’re unable to get to a Suzanne Grae store, you can return your purchase by post to our warehouse at the customer’s own expense. Unfortunately we can’t accept online exchanges. If you wish to exchange your purchase, you will need to return it for a refund and then place a new order online.

We recommend that you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service as Suzanne Grae does not accept responsibility for any items lost in transit. Once we receive your parcel, including completed return form, we will process your refund and you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.

Unfortunately we can’t accept online exchanges at this stage; however you can take your item into any Suzanne Grae store for an exchange (within Australia). Please show your order confirmation email for any in-store exchanges.

For international orders, if you wish to exchange your purchase you will need to return it for a refund and place a new order.
Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to make changes to your order. However once you have received your goods you can return them for a refund.
Suzanne Grae gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

However, gift cards are valid for a twelve month period and can be used in conjunction with any sale in-store. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot currently be redeemed online.

Unfortunately we do not accept Diners Club, cheques, money orders, or Suzanne Grae gift cards online.

All prices are in Australia dollars (AUD) and you will be charged in Australian dollars.

For international orders please note you may be charged an additional international transaction fee by your credit card provider which may be shown separately or together on your statement.

We cannot accept phone payments for online purchases. However, we do accept credit card payments over the phone in-store. You can purchase items directly from any of our stores using your credit card. A $10 P&H fee is charged in addition to the price of your order and your order is delivered within five working days.
For your online purchase security you may be requested to complete an Online Verification Form. If this form is not completed, Suzanne Grae have the right to cancel and refund your order.

Lay-By and Holds
Yes, we do offer lay-by in-store, but lay-by is not available online. Lay-by items are held for four weeks with payments to be made every two weeks. When you put an item on lay-by, a 20% deposit is required.
Yes, we can hold items for a maximum of two days in-store, with the exception of items on sale.

Unfortunately we are unable to hold stock in our online store.
