Sydney Harbour Exclusive was founded in 2010 by director William Kozma. During his early working career, William studied & completed his Diploma in Marine Surveying, a Diploma in Small Business Management, Deckhand Certificate, Coxswain License & a Brokerage License. It wasn’t long before Will realized creating his own ideas was the key to his success and that the charter & events industry was where his future would unfold.

William has been fishing since the age of two and has several prestigious game fishing tournament wins under his belt. He spends a huge amount of time on-board captaining game fishing boats and regularly travels the stunning waterways of the Great Barrier Reef, the South Pacific & the French Riviera. William carries unrivaled knowledge which comes as a result of a lifetime of hours on Sydney Harbour and its surrounding waterways.

His expert knowledge of boats, specific areas, the marine world, the business history, coordination skills & understanding clients need is always passed onto the staff of Sydney Harbour Exclusive.

She was there at every step of the way helping with our catering needs, arranging a time at last minute to come and inspect the boat, and letting us come hours early on the day to set up. The boat we hired the Aussie Magic was an absolutely gorgeous vessel. The crew on board were all so lovely and helpful with a can do attitude.
