WHAT TYPE OF TAN DO YOU USE?
I use St. Tropez Self Tan Express which allows you to choose a light or dark tan by extending the time you wait before you shower. I’ve used many tans before however this is without doubt the one I get the best results with every skin type. The ingredients are fast absorbing into the skin and smell amazing.

HOW LONG WILL MY SPRAY TAN TAKE TO DEVELOP
Once you’ve finished your spray, all you need to do is adjust the period you wait until you shower to change the depth of your tan.

*If you’re looking for spray tan with a light and sun kissed feel, shower 1 hour after you’ve been tanned.
*Going for that golden and bronzed look? Wait 2 hours before you rinse off
*If you’re going for deep and dark, shower after 3 hours or more of waiting.

I’ll discuss what you after before we tan so that I can advise you the appropriate amount of time to wait.

HOW WILL I LOOK AFTER MY SPRAY TAN?
After showering You will have a light colour and the tan will continue to develop over time until it reaches its peak. Your skin will feel smooth and silky and you’ll feel 10x better with your new summer glow.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE I BOOK IN FOR A MOBILE SPRAY TAN?
These are very, very important! Having the perfect tan is as much about preparation as it is about the actual tan and the way it is applied. Follow these simple steps for a flawless tan

1. If you’re going to shave or wax this week (don’t worry we all forget), do it at least 24 hours before your mobile spray tanning appointment. You don’t want to accidentally remove your colour or irritate your skin as removing hair can be harsh on your dermal layers.

2. Exfoliate, Exfoliate, Exfoliate! Remove any excess dirt, skin and debris that could potentially block the tan from making contact with your skin.

3. Moisturise any other dry areas. You don’t always need to moisturise the whole body before your spray tan, just apply to any areas that feel particularly dry like the ankles, feet, knees, elbows and hands.

4. Wear loose clothes. (oversized boyfriends t-shirts are perfect!). Your tan can rub off easily after you’ve just been sprayed. Avoid tight clothes and materials like denim as they can be quite abrasive and ruin your new look.
