Sydney Mobile Therapies was established in 2007 as a labour of love, with a vision to transform the mobile massage and beauty therapy industry.

With the help of friends and colleagues experienced in day spa operations and business management, Sydney Mobile Therapies has grown to become not only Sydney’s favourite mobile spa, but also the benchmark for most other mobile massage & beauth therapy businesses in Australia.

Yiota Triantafyllou is the founder and soul of Sydney Mobile Therapies. She is an Australian-trained, fully qualified beauty and massage therapist holding the world’s most prestigious beauty industry certifications, CIDESCO and ITEC. Since graduating with a diploma in beauty therapy in 2002, she has acquired a raft of certificates & diplomas in both beauty therapy and massage therapy to ensure that she is constantly up to date with the newest, most advanced therapies and techniques in the industry.

Involved with Sydney’s most prestigious day spa’s since 2003, Yiota brought the wealth of experience gained in the spa industry with her, to create treatments that both pamper and deliver noticeable results. Our ultimate goal is to offer our clients the exact same spa services offered in Day Spas across Sydney and to transform the mobile health industry into a recognised and viable option for anyone wishing to enjoy a pampering and therapeutic treatment without the travelling and hassles involved in an experience that should be all about relaxation and tension relief.

Our Remedial Massage is a wonderfully restorative, drug-free remedy. Combining trigger-point therapy, specialised pressure techniques and passive joint stretching with the aid of specialised blends of aromatic oils, you will be left revitalised and ready to take on the world!

Our specialised, soothing Pregnancy Massage is not like a regular massage. Using specialised pregnancy massage oil, our signature body cushion & specialised massage techniques, it is all about you and your baby. Body & Scalp Massage – 75 mins $115.00

There is no better way to start detoxifying than with our fabulous Detox Body Wrap to draw out those toxins and leave your skin glowing with health. Following an invigorating dry exfoliation, a layer of seaweed, mud or clay will be applied to your body and after a good shower, a vitamin rich body cream will leave your skin smooth and hydrated.
