What a physio can do for you:

Sylvania Heights physiotherapy has been looking after the local community for nearly 30 years.

Our current staff consists of 4 female physiotherapists who are all trained in Pilates rehabilitation and teach various classes and sessions throughout the week.

Our dedicated team aim to provide the highest quality treatment and most up to date techniques to not only treat your pain and get you moving better, but educate and prescribe exercises to prevent recurrences and manage the cause of the injury.

The girls working here at Sylvania have backgrounds in a wide variety of sports and activities including soccer, rugby league, Oz tag, AFL, snow and waterskiing, golf, bowling, gymnastics, swimming, dancing, and dragon boat racing.

For those that are not the sporty type, our girls are experts in assessments and treatment plans for postural complaints, long standing or complex pain issues, pre and post pregnancy advice, treatment and rehabilitation also exercise programs for balance, joint stiffness or mobility problems. We are happy to do home visits to the local area and give specific advice and exercises for clients to do safely at home
