My name is Halyna Denysenko and I am passionate about living life to the fullest and helping others to do the same

I believe that peace is an inside job and that by connecting with my inner peace, I am able to share peace with those around me.

I honour the innate healing ability that your body contains, and work together with you which is why my business name is Synergy.

Combining the wisdom of Eastern and Western traditions in bodywork, allows me to offer you an enhanced wellbeing treatment.

In a previous life I have worked as an Architect, Designer and Colour Consultant and some time ago made the decision to channel my creative energies into Natural Therapies.

I created the practice of Synergy Shiatsu & Natural Therapies as an experiential oasis, where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and re-connect with a very important entity – YOU!

I am a member of ATMS (Australian Traditional Medicine Association), and IICT (International Institute of Complimentary Therapists).

As a member of these Associations, I am bound by their Code of Ethics and Continuing Professional Development & Education program.

In addition, I partake in a regular practice of Meditation, Yoga and Do-in (self Shiatsu) to maintain my own sense of wellbeing, balance and focus, so that I can be the best that I can be for my clients.

When I enter the treatment space, I leave my own cares at the door so that I can be fully present with my client. If can make one person’s life a little easier, I feel a tremendous sense of achievement.
