These massages can be combined with emmet technique a quick painless muscle release technique which shows results immediately.

Therapeutic raynor technique massage (1.5hrs – $90 or 1 hr $70)
Working to release the tension held in your body this massage combines elements of deep tissue, shiatsu, acupressure and reflexology.

Hot stone/crystal massage (1.5hrs – $110)
This hour and half indulgence is a must deeply relaxing, with the warmth of the stones and the healing properties of the crystals thus allowing you to let go of all the stress that is held within your body.

Ear candling (1hr – $45) with reflexology (1.5hrs – $65)
This natural cleansing technique is great for sinuses, migraines, headaches and anxiety. A unique experience.

Reiki healings available (1hr – $60)
Reiki is a hands on healing method used to treat the body to achieve relaxation. It facilitates the removal of blockages in energy flow. The energy channels are opened to allow the body to deal properly with both stress and the build up of toxins. Reiki can ease tension, anxiety and depression, it may relieve pain and raise the general level of energy and sense of well-being. A chakra balance will be included with the healing.
