“Went to get my hair coloured yesterday and asked for the full colour package which included full colour, cut, treatment and blowdry but never received the treatment, blowdry or a proper cut. My fringe was chipped into and that was it after my colour & I was still asked to pay for the full package price?? The staff were lovely and nice but I just did not receive what I asked for!”
