“Can rock up pretty much any time without an appointment for a good, cheap massage. I go regularly as I have shoulder/back issues and they are all very good. Most don’t speak English very well, no relaxing music etc etc but I guess that’s not what it’s about. They are not registered to be able to claim from private health insurance though… Still my favourite!”

“After my massage i was in incredible pain in my shoulder. I could not lift arm above my head, difficulties driving and had to call in sick for work the next day.
I went back to see if there was something they could do. Either reimbursement or another massage to help ease the pain. I was met with hostility with a lot of shouting and yelling. Their English skills are very poor and i had to speak to a translator on the phone in their store. I had no resolution to this and it was handle very poorly.

The rooms are small, very poor customer service the lady kept looking at the clock every 5 minutes and cut it short by 10. Take your money elsewhere”
