How’s things I have to be honest and say how embarrassed to see current progress on job site at Musswellbrook , due to current foreman Al”s many lies & mistakes made. And am i disappointed that i have been sacked by this man considering that i noticed his mistakes and saved your company many thousands of dollars repairing them when he could not notice them or is not experienced enough to see them . I am a straight up genuine bloke and to be sacked by someone telling me MY PRODUCTIVITY is low when I have been covering his mistakes is DISGRACEFUL. I think the guy has lied to you about everything but I hope the job still turns over a profit it deserves.

Within hours of my hot water system breaking and me calling for an quote they had installed a new system, and had taken away the broken unit free of charge. Very happy with the over all costs especially due to the quick attention I received. From now on they will be my only call for any plumbing needs.”

“Watch these guys. I was happy to pay for labour and parts but I objected to being charged a Service Call of $71.50. When I asked what service they provided for this fee, I was told that it was their practice to charge everyone this fee. We live within 2-3ks of their workshop so they did not have excessive travel. They replaced 2 taps for me and I asked them to leave the old ones so I would have them as spares but I was told they would keep them because they sell them as scrap.”
