3. Our Partners & Directors
Bradley J. Tatnell and David Le Sueur formed Tatnell DLS Pty Ltd in 2001 bringing together their previous independent accounting practices which enjoyed a working relationship back to 1990. Brad and David have been practising accountants since 1990 and are both registered Tax Agents and ‘Fellow’ members of Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). Consultation is generally by appointment with client parking conveniently available either at the rear of the building or on street. BUSINESS ADVISORY
Before embarking on a new business venture you will need the correct business structure along with an entry and exit strategy; for example:
- The type of business structure; i.e.: sole trader, partnership, trust or company?
- Taxation consequences including income splitting and tax minimisation.
