January 2000, Tax Time at Browns Plains was opened by Jan and Alan Messer to be the benchmark for modern accounting practices where clients are listened to, not lectured at. The practice has been running successfully since then and now has over 4000 happy clients who receive the highest quality accounting and taxation advice from our experienced staff!

In November 2009, the Messer family sold the practice to Kris Martin and Duncan Perkins. This has certainly broadened the services now available to our clients as we now have in house Financial Planners, Lending Advisers, Business/Company Accountants and even Estate Planning and Conveyancing!

Sue Ennis and Duncan Perkins head up the Accounting division – Sue has over 11 years’ experience in all levels of Accounting, Taxation and Self-Managed Super. The team also includes Michelle Harkins, Anthony Cassar and Liisa Badcock – with such a strong team, there is no job to small or large for Tax Time Accountants.

Please be aware that we also have mobile bookkeepers to value add and support to our business clients all year round and we work with various software programs such as Xero and MYOB.
