“Very disappointed with the service, made an appointment yet still had to wait 45 minutes and booked for 4 people and only 3 of us managed to receive what we asked for, final result was very disappointing, will definitely not be coming back.

“Very disappointed, needed a sns refill. My nails were foiled and soaked to remove the old sns. This also destroyed my existing tips so I ended up with much shorter nails than I wanted. When I asked for a discount when I paid I was told if you have tips it’s extra and if I was unhappy with the length I could have paid an extra $5 and had new tips on. None of this was explained, they soak the sns off while you wait so they can push more people through. This is not good enough, I have used this salon many times before but will not be returning.”

“One of the worst nail salons I have been to in over 20 years!! The owner Lucy is one of the most rudest and unprofessional I have met! Ruined my nails with recommending SNS.. what a joke!!.. Can not believe they are still open.. especially the way she over works and speaks to her staff!! Don’t waste your time or money!!”
