WORKSHOP 3.

Thai Stretching Massage.
This workshop is a must if you play sports to help stretch them muscles.
This workshop is a powerful learning experience in Thai Massage. the emphasis will be on maintaining proper body posture, using body weight for leverage, flowing from one exercise to the next. The treatment improves energy circulation by loosening muscles that commonly tighten and restrict the flow of blood, nerves, oxgyen, and other vital energy. When Thai Massage is applied in a gentle manner that enables the recipient to relax, the muscles can be stretched more deeply. There will be passive stretching, reduces tension, and experience deep relaxation.
