“I love the place. The staff is experienced and really friendly and polite. I bought four vouchers for one-hour Thai massage for me and my hubby via Spreets. We booked our first massage over the phone. We arrived five minutes earlier and were shown to our room straightaway. The room was dimly lit with candles to allow you to relax. The heater was on to keep you warm. In the background played relaxing Thai music. The massage was very pleasant and we both enjoyed an hour of deep relaxation. The Thai massage is hard massage and if you don’t like the pressure you should let your masseuse know so they can use less or more strength depending on your liking. Yesterday we used our last vouchers. I booked the massage on the day. I told the staff over the phone that I’m seven month pregnant and they recommended feet massage instead. As the voucher was only for Thai massage that wouldn’t be safe for me and my baby I didn’t expect them to offer anything instead. It was really nice surprise that they attended to my needs. The massage was again really nice, pleasant and relaxing. It improved blood circulation in my legs that were a little bit swollen prior the massage. Both our massages lasted a little bit over an hour. To finish the massage we both were offered a cup of tea. I wish there is more service providers like Thai Take care in Toorak Road.”

“This place is an absolute disgrace. Bought two one hour vouchers via spreets. Have used one and was one of the worst experiences I have ever been subjected to. First and foremost, I arrived ten minutes early as requested by the staff on the phone… Might I add, I had previously tried to make bookings saying I had a spreets voucher, but the staff said only male massueses were available… This was not advertised. Anyhow, this time I booked, AND THEN i disclosed that I had a spreets voucher. Funnily enough, no male massueses were there when I arrived. Ariving at 4:50, I did not get seen to the massage room until 5:15. The massuese arrived at 5:20. Massage was finished at 6:05. In addition, the venue is dirty, cold and dingy. It appears to be an old office space. The rooms are kept warm with cheap heaters. The venue smells. And, from what I can see, staff members sleep in other rooms adjoining the massage rooms. The massage was also painful and unenjoyable. I told the massuese I had shin splints, they still proceeded to step on my calves. I actually screamed in pain at which point in time they apologised.”

“I bought 2 vouchers from Spreets not a good experience at all. The place is not very clean, dark and very cold rooms. The masage started at 6.00pm and after 5 min when I told the staff that I have back pain left me and went out to talk on the phone for 10min staff came back and didn’t apologised at all. Anyway I din’t complain .Surprise staff finishes the massage at 6.55 and goes strait to their phone to continue their conversation…so I paid for 60min massage and got a 45min one. The massage was done by the staff who had no idea about massage, unenjoyable …didn’t go back for my 2nd voucher & will never go again or reccommend it to anyone!!”
