“We used The Drain Man to clear a blocked toilet last week at our place in Croydon. Was pretty happy with everything all round. Girl on phone was really friendly and helpful, understood our problem. Organised the plumber to come out that same afternoon. He cleared out the blockage, used his camera to show us what the problem was and gave us the footage on a neat little USB.
