“Absolutely lovely people! Brought 2 Groupons (for my mother and myself). Got Microdermabarion + Latic peel. Love the results! When I called in, they were not telling me off for using a Groupon (in fact, I called them for some tips about my breakout and they were the ones that recommended me to buy the Groupon for good price!). Although 1 time I called in, 1 of the staff was a little rude – but I think that was because I called in during their lunch time (rush hour). The staff were wonderful and they were very helpful with answering my questions.”

“I bought a groupon voucher to go here for a dermabrasion. When I rang up to make the appointment, the girl on the phone was so cold and hard that I felt too intimidated to actually turn up to use it because I am not used to being told off to redeem something I have paid for, so I didn’t go… then I got a scathing voicemail, telling me off for not turning up… I basically was made to feel like scum for making an appointment for a dermabrasion for $29, so I didn’t turn up…. Staff should realise that a groupon is not a scab, but a potential long term customer…. if you don’t want to do it for $29, then don’t put it on groupon and then make ppl feel bad for buying it!!!!”
