Reviews

“I had a severe lower back problem, which left me bedridden at least once a week. The Fix Program literally put me back on my feet & I never had a back problem since. In fact I can now lift all sorts of heavy objects; furniture included.

As such, “Fix” is a very appropriate name. However, beware that it can be highly addictive and you’ll always yearn for your weekly “Fix” … I envy those who manage to go more than once a week!

Very professional & highly recommended.”

“I found Fix on Google and it’s one of the best things I’ve every found on an internet search! I’m now 7 months pregnant and have been doing the Fix Pregnancy Pilates sessions for two months. Heba is a really great teacher. Highly, highly recommend.

I started to have really bad back pain during pregnancy after the baby grew suddenly. Thanks to Heba and Katrina, who are physios at Fix I can now walk again!”

“Having the physiotherapists at The Fix Program teach me Pilates has changed the way I exercise. I recommend them.”
