“Wish that I had read reviews before I subjected myself to this shit salon, went in for a wash cut and blow dry. The wash was with such hot water, never said a thing, got shampoo in my ears somehow, started singing with her friend whilst washing my hair. Asked what I had wanted when I sat down I said shoulder length but all one layer no thinning and make the edges not look straight cut across. Not a word said to me during the entire cut, rude faces pulled and rushing through my cut. Blow dry was so rough fast and she kept hitting my head with the dryer. Didn’t show me the back of my head and didn’t say anything to me just got up and walked to the till, put in $45 and handed me the machine. Avoid this shitty salon it may be cheap but you get what you pay for. I will definitely not return.”

“went to hair industrie in Penrith today, the staff were rude, told us to wait as they would be another 15 minutes and had another lady come in and worked on her before me where I was left waiting for almost 45 minutes to an hour. asked for a blonde toner to get the brassy tones out of my hair, the girl doing my hair had no clue what she was doing and kept asking someone else to come and have a look, as she called another staff to Come and have a look where I was told not to stress.. my hair is now darker than what it was AND GREEN!!!!!!! I am fking pissed off RIDICULOUS SERVICE never again!!!!!”

“I took my sister to get her first half head of foils at her first actual salon and I asked for the 75$ half head of foils deal where you get foils treatment cut and blowdry … They died her hair toned it and then told her to go… Didn’t cut it didn’t blow dry it she left with soaked hair and on top of that it was windy outside and she is now sick! Also the girls that work here need major attitude adjustment my sister is 11 and the woman that did her hair was bitchy towards her telling her she should learn to brush her hair? How rude can you get? Poor little girl never wants to go to a salon again! Rip off merchants and on top of that I’m sorry to say but are a bunch of assholes! I wouldn’t even rate it 1 star!!”

“I got my hair done today and I was very impressed with the service I had! Erin did a wonderful job!!! Everyone has complemented my hair asking who done it, I will deffinantly be becoming a regular for Erin! I deffinantly recommend her if you want friendly staff who actually talk to you on a comfortable level”

“Asked them to make my hair as white as possible to do pastel pink and they didn’t even tone it just left it yellow and slapped on some hot pink dye now my hair is bright hot pink with patches of orange and yellow, ran out without paying, in other words won’t be going back even if I wanted to aha and also I told them not to touch the top of my head, now my entire fringe is pink so yea fml cried for a few hours all g . Fuck you . Tbh just think about what you want, tell them the exact opposite, and only then you may get the result you want”

“Right from the start I was unhappy with the salon. When told to take a seat, I ask which one. She waved her arm and said wherever. I told her how I wanted my foils done. She said its ok, I can do it the other way, it will be fine. I have red and blonde foils. So my blonde foils have red roots and some of my red foils have chunks of blonde in them about an inch from the root. They don’t even bring the sample colours for you to look at, just whatever colour they pick. She rushed that much that red dye flicked all over the front of the cape and my hands. I had them out holding a magazine. Glad I took my own, no offer to get a magazine for me. Rude and unprofessional.”
