From my early days as an apprentice barber, in the small town of Cowra, along with drinking too much and doing what all young blokes do best, I was given the opportunity to study and adopted traditional cutting techniques from a barber called Angelo.

A barber who I regard as one of the best still in the game today.

25 years later my mission was to build The Ironclad Barber as a space that is masculine, refined, and perfect for the Groom and his Groomsmen to experience a traditional hot towel cut-throat shave and a glass of whisky before the show.

With unexpected inclusions like custom built ducted vacuum and a life size Ironclad Knight that greets you at the door.

I wanted there to be no mistake that you’re in the presence of an experienced and passionate professional.
