Paula opened up the doors of The Laneway in 1996. Her passion, dedication to hairdressing and her highly motivated team shines through when you walk in the door!

Her favourite thing about being a salon owner is building strong relationships with clients on a daily basis.

Paula has a very diverse job, from working on the floor 4 days a week, educating and mentoring her staff and keeping up with the high paced hairdressing industry.

With over 25 years’ experience here in Australia and in London, Paula in stills passion and excellence in the salon.

Paula has had extensive training in London and Los Angeles with Vidal Sassoon and has been the winner of numerous competitions throughout her career.

Her commitment and dedication to high standards, client services and communication has produced an exceptional salon.

Paula specialises in precision cutting, colouring, olaplex services & hair extensions.
