“Very relaxing (not too bright, busy or noisy; magazines set up ready for me to read, offer of drink). I was left to read in peace if I didn’t feel like having a conversation, and the head massage was heavenly. The basins were comfortable on my neck, which is rare. I was able to discuss what I was after and what to expect, and my hairdresser (Danni) appeared very skilled at applying the fine foils I was after; she worked with me to get the colour right.
