“I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here (KNOX)for your beauty needs. Had waxing done and the lady that did it was ROUGH AS GUTS. Has also left a bruise from ripping the strips off. Also if you’re dealing with customers especially when threading their eyebrows, perhaps having your hair tide up would be ideal. I don’t really appreciate having other people’s hair dangling in my face.Definitely not happy with the threading of my eyebrows, wasn’t even asked if I wanted thin, she took that upon herself.
I think that more training is needed, or better still close the thing down.”

“Went to the beauty brow parlour to get eyelash extensions, after a great experience at the pacific Werribee location and a wonderful job done by the technician I needed refills and decided to go to this place in Melbourne central – the lady there has no idea what she is doing. Lashes were all stuck together, also stuck to my eyelids and were already coming off 10 mins after leaving what was worse was that I wanted a natural look and left looking like a drag queen, the lashes were far too long in the corner of my eye and it looked odd – complete waste of $120!! Should have realised something was off when she got me to sign a waiver!!
I have had to remove a lot of these and will now have to wait for my own to grow back!! Do not go here!!”

“Unhygenic and unethical. My daughter was quoted $55 for hair and make up. When it was over they charged $200 claiming it was extra for this extra for that. Did not communicate that these extras were outside the quote. My daughter is studying a Certificate of Beauty and called them out on their attrocious hygiene practices. Re using lipstick,mascara on different clients etc.Rather than decanting make up using fro the same source. We wont return here. Doesn’t deserve one star.”

“Rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Overpriced. Can get a much better job done for much cheaper in other salons/brow bars throughout Knox centre. They were good once but gone severely downhill. I’ll take my business elsewhere now”

“Over charged. Painful experience. Wax left on me. Not correct technique; waxing with the hair instead of against. Took wayyy too long. Strip wax used. Want a refund as I am sure I will have bruising tomorrow.”
