“I have been going here for years. I have never had a problem and am very happy with the service I receive. I have been to others, but they are never as good. The girls are very friendly, I agree they do speak to each other in Vietnamese, but you must realise that English is their second language. I never find that offensive. I am going to keep going there, I am very happy with their nails and their customer service.”

“My daughter went there the service was terrible whole time we were there they did not speak English kept laughing after talking to each other did my daughter nais with like a drill the lades nai broke so turned machine onto he own then back to my daughtersthe next day nail was on sideways and started to lift they were acrylic and were to long I told her she said deign would be wrecked 3 days later one broke of took half her nail went backsaid tht was normal she must havebeen doing rough things OKwhateva ws not very hygrnicdid not clean her hands or my daughters before will not be going back at all and wil be contacting fair trading DO NOT GO THERE”

“Most visits are due to it being cheaper than most other places.. I will never go back after constant lack in service, hygiene and quality of work! It is constantly busy and therefore rushed, there may be 4 staff member and 10 customers and they continue to take more in, in fear that they will loose the sale. “Ten minutes” “take a seat”. I sat for 40 minutes the other day until my pedicure began and then another 20 after that for my manicure. In total I was in there for 3.5 hrs and walked out with a dodgy shellac job and $70 less in my pocket! After a week the shellac has begun to peel off and tomorrow I am going in to demand a refund and never return!”
