Physiotherapy:

For all your spine, muscle and joint problems including back pain, neck pain and headaches.

Sports Physiotherapy:

Sports specific assessment and treatment for your sporting injuries. Our physiotherapists have extensive experience in successfully managing sports injuries, enabling us to tailor your rehabilitation specifically to your training and playing demands.

Pilates:

Specific exercise program prescription to maximise your tone and flexibility, as part of a maintenance program or rehabilitation from injury. Classes available throughout the week with a maximum of 6 clients per class to ensure close attention and guidance from the physiotherapist.

Dry Needling:

This technique has evolved from traditional acupunture and involves the use of solid filament needles that are inserted into specific points to produce a local tissue response. It can be used to assist a range of conditions including back pain, neck pain, headaches and muscle/tendon conditions.

Massage:

Our qualified massage therapists offer Sports, Remedial and Relaxation Massage in 30, 45 or 60 min consultations. Massage can assist a wide range of conditions including sports injuries and recovery,  back  and neck pain and to assist relaxation and help manage stress and anxiety.

Work and Motor Vehicle injury management:

Our physiotherapists provide a thorough assessment of your injury, implementation of the most effective treatment techniques and consideration of all the factors required to be addressed to maximise your recovery and assist your return to work and everyday life.

DVA and Medicare:

We welcome clients with eligible Veterans Affairs and Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referrals from their GP.

Surgical Rehabilitation:

We have extensive experience in helping patients regain strength, movement and conditioning following orthopaedic and general surgery.

Exercise Prescription:

Provided by our Physiotherapists as part of your overall injury management; in the form of a home, gym or pilates program.

Running assessment:

Detailed assessment using video analysis to maximise your performance and prevent injuries before they occur.

Bike set up assessment: Our trained Physiotherapists provide bike set up assessments to ensure you give yourself the best

chance of maximising performance and minimising the chance of injury on the bike.
