“Very disappointing and do not recommend here. Was a reasonably regular shopper here (probably spent about $3-4k over a year). Last suit I bought somehow wore through on the thigh within a fortnight and the jacket had a lot of loose threads. I took it back and was assured this was abnormal and a production fault. Guaranteed either replacement pants, or, if they could not be sourced, a replacement suit. Left my number for them to look into it and waited a fortnight with no call. Over the next 2-3 months (!!!) this process repeated itself on a fortnightly basis (I’d come in, they’d say they’re still sorting a replacement, I’d leave my number and be pretty accommodating about the matter, and two weeks later hear no news). Eventually I was told the pants could not be sourced, that I would not be receiving a replacement, that the original salesperson had not told me correct information, and that it was too late (due to their delays and me being accommodating) to be realistically asking for a replacement now anyway. Definitely not how I expect to be treated and a disappointing approach to problem resolution.”

“Bought a $700 suit from these guys. Less than nine months the trousers were worn though in the thigh. Phoned them up to ask if this was normal and, after receiving atrocious customer service, was told ‘..yeah well, next time buy a better quality suit’. So I did, from another suit shop. Better quality, cheaper price, great customer service and looked just as good.”
