I’ve been to Zipzip wax in the CBD and Brazilica on Smith st. but I find The Wax Parlour provides a FAR more professional, faster and friendlier service. Here’s why:

The owner Mel is friendly, professional and highly skilled at waxing. Unlike other wax places, you keep your underwear on. Besides it being more hygienic, it also allows the skin to be pulled tight and ensures you get excellent and even results. Another plus is that she uses talc powder to ensure the difficult or thin hairs come off. She’s very thorough and meticulous which is I like. She applies thin layers of wax so the waxing is quick and painless (as far as that’s possible).

She uses a professional grade, fast drying hard wax ideal for Brazilian waxing.
