About Us

Therapeutic Choice is a professional wellbeing practice, situated in Para Vista adjacent to Modbury, Para Hills, Ingle Farm, Gulfview Heights and surrounds. Our alternative health solutions are extensive, with Chiropractic, Bowen Therapy, Naturopathy, Remedial Massage, Sport Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Trigger point Therapy, Myofacial Release, Foot Reflexology, Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Hot stone massage therapies available.

All staff are professionally trained and accredited with relevant boards and associations. Health fund processing is available through Hicaps and eftpos in office for easy payment.

Our clinic is easily accessed by bus from Tea Tree Plaza, Salisbury and Adelaide, or car with easy parking including wheelchair/pram access.

Veronica Atherton

Dip. Smart Bowen, Cert IV Massage Therapy

Veronica has over 14 years experience as a Therapist and specialises in Bowen Therapy. Bowen Therapy is a gentle movement across the fibres of the muscle designed to de-activate trigger points, relax and hydrate the muscles and connective tissue. Veronica studied through the South Australian Health Education Centre to obtain her Cert IV in Massage Therapy and is professionally trained to perform:

• Aromatherapy Massage

Veronica has worked in the allied health industry for over 20 years both as a therapist and office manager, supporting other professionals such as Chiropractors, Physiotherapist, Naturopaths and Massage Therapists; this experience has developed a strong belief in pain control and lifestyle improvement through Alternative Health Therapies. Being a registerered member of both ATMS and BTFA, Veronica continues to further her studies and knowledge in this field.

Denise O’Maonaigh

Naturopath ND Dip Remedial Therapy

Denise is a qualified Remedial Therapist and Naturopath and her passion lies in helping people to recover their health through massage, education, nutrition & lifestyle. Denise is Work Cover accredited and a member of the ATMS.

Denise is professionally trained to perform:

• Bio-Compatibility Testing

Naturopathy includes herbal medicine, practitioner range supplements, homeopathy and iridology. All clients are treated individually and a full medical history is considered before a treatment plan is discussed and agreed upon. Clients can expect a confidential, friendly, nurturing and respectful environment. Denise is happy to welcome clients with a range of ailments from the common cold through to cancer care and support. Whilst Naturopaths are not ethically or legally able to diagnose disease they can offer treatments that will complement and support any other treatment that a client is currently undertaking or offer an alternative to those not wishing to take main stream medicines.

Denise also offers Bio-Compatability Testing (Hair Analysis) – a small section of hair is tested against 500+ food, beverage, fibre, cleaning products and personal care products to detect sensitivities. Includes a 16 page informative report tailored to the individual clients test results.

Dr Brandon Ngo

Dr Brandon Ngo graduated in 2005 at Macquarie University, Sydney. He continue to worked in Sydney for 3 years before returning in 2009 to home and family in Adelaide. During his many years of experience, Brandon was fortunate enough to have worked in many different practices inAdelaide City and Regional areas like Ceduna and Roxby Downs.

One of Brandon’s many visions is to get patients better as quickly and painlessly as possible to improve their overall functionality and a better quality of life long-term. He strongly believes that it is important to find and treat the underlying cause of a patient’s complaint – not just the symptoms. Brandon uses diversified chiropractic techniques, with the development of a treatment plan to suit clients individuals needs, making his chiropractic care safe for the whole family.

Brandon has attained a diverse set of skills and knowledge in both techniques (style of adjusting) and communications,allowing him to connect with patients on a personal level and to treat them to the highest standards. Brandon joined Therapeutic Choice in 2011, offering chiropractic support to complement the range of alternative health solutions provided by Veronica and Denise. Brandon supports referrals for Medical Enhanced Primary Care Program (EPC) and assessments for Department of Veteran Affairs and Health Fund Claiming are provided at the time of consultation.
