“Tom helped my mum out with her bathroom alterations. She got his number of a pamphlet from her letterbox. It had his picture on it so she thought he would be accountable. He was patient, polite and always cleaned up afterwards. She got him back to do some drainage. She is a hard customer but he won her over. We got him to put in our instantaneous hot water heater. I thought he was fantastic. I would recommend this guy to anyone.”
