EMBROIDERY

‘Tite Ass Workwear’ can fulfil all your embroidery on all orders of 10+ items. We can embroider any logo or screenprint any design onto most of our products. (Hats, Polos, Jumpers, Shirts, Jackets, Workwear, Uniforms, and much more). For smaller orders or any order size, we can send the garments to you to be embroidered by your own decorator..   Sublimation printing is only available for custom made garments, refer our custom made link on page header.. When you provide us with your logo artwork, we will  digitise it ready for embroidery or if you already have a digitized file you can email to our office.

We have our own In house Embroidery & Screen printing so you do not have to pay extra for the middle man and we also do not over inflate our embroidery & printing costs to counteract our already heavily discounted wholesale pricing. We  ONLY charge ONE SINGLE FLAT RATE for all Front Right or Left Hand Chest & Sleeve positions that can fit inside the standard size embroidery hoop. NO MATTER HOW MANY COLOURS OR WHAT THE STITCH COUNT IS !   Most companies start embroidery at $5-6 per logo and then slide up the stitch scale count up to $12 plus depending on your logo’s stitch count and if you do not know your exact stitch count the pricing may not come out in your favour.

We want you to save time and have an extremely happy shopping experience with us and to enable that you will need to know exactly at your checkout how much your total order will be without any big nasty surprises after purchasing your garments you get your artwork quote through that was substantially higher than you expected plus just as importantly saving your valuable time writing emails and waiting on quotes to come through.

EMBROIDERY SETUP

After you have ordered your stock provide us via email a high quality image of your logo – for the best design results we require high resolution art in preferably JPEG or BMP file formats, however we can also use PDF, GIF, TIFF and EPS formats.

Also email us your instructions  embroidery (dimensions of your logo, position on the garments, specific PMS colours if available.. .Note with embroidery unlike screenprinting you cannot get exact PMS colour in thread we can only hold up our thread charts against the PMS charts and get the closest shade available. If you don’t have your logo’s PMS colours we can only get the best possible thread match from looking at the logo you have emailed on the Computer Monitor Refer This Link for Pantone Colour Chart (let us know your colour & we’ll do our best to match) . We have found this works just fine for the majority for all the standard colours. If you have unusual shades you would like us to match and you have a business card or other artwork that displays this, you can post to us & we will colour match to the best of our ability and we do have a Wonderful Graphic Artist here who has an exceptional eye for detail
We will commence on the digitising setup of your logo and will then e-mail you a visual of the logo for approval in approx. 3 working days.  We request your approval in writing (email confirmation accepted).  Your approval of your emailed artwork visual file is your “okay to proceed” with the decoration.  An embroidered/printed sample can be sent if requested, however, the cost of (printing,setup & freight) will need to be paid for upfront. (For orders of 100 or more, one free stitch sample is included free of charge to ensure you are 100% happy with the embroidery)
We will then proceed with the decoration of your garments.  Please note we cannot refund or exchange garments once decorated.
All embroidery will be completed as soon as possible and shipped to you. Please note – our minimum shipping fee is for your stocks transit to us from interstate manufacturers and does not include delivery from our decoration factory to you. Please confirm your delivery address with your final artwork approval and we will be able to give you the additional shipping cost for delivery of your decorated garments back to you. We also DO NOT inflate our freight costs you only pay what the Couriers charge us.

Embroidery Pricing

All decoration is to be paid in full prior to digitising logo and garment decoration. A separate invoice will be emailed to you after your advice for decoration requirements

THIS IS A ONCE OFF CHARGE – We will keep the digitized file for any future embroidery needs.

All front position Chest logo’s & logo’s on Sleeve are $6.25 (+gst) regardless of size or stitch count or number of coloured threads being used

For individual names not included in the logo embroidery (such as staff names, numbers etc.), a fee of $6.25 (+gst)  also applies. Though not a high stitch count this is a very time consuming process with re-hooping garments and resetting the computer for each & every single garment. This is up to 15mm in height

Turnaround time

We endeavour to get all orders out in the quickest possible timeframe assuring the highest quality. Typically embroidery orders are decorated and shipped within -7-10 working days after receiving written approval for the digitized logo. (This does not include shipping timeframe)

Policy regarding returns after Embroidery/Printing decoration

At your instruction, your order will shipped order directly to our factory for decoration (or the decorator of your choice), however please note we cannot refund or exchange garments once delivered to YOUR embroiderer and decorated. This includes human error when picking the items at the wholesalers warehouse (we take every measure to ensure this is done as accurately as possible but human error at either end can still occur). Yourself or your decorators are soley responsible for ensuring your stock is correct. Refer our Returns Policy under Terms and Conditions.
Any discrepancies from orders received by you from OUR decoration facility are required to be submitted in writing via Email within 24hrs of receipt and ‘Tite Ass Workwear’ reserves the right to either replace or refund those items only
Garments damaged by embroideries on thin materials in which the client has instructed that these items to be embroidered(as some needle damage can occur on rare occasions – especially large or heavily stitched embroideries, or unsuitable materials), will not be refunded or replaced.
All freight costs associated with returns are at the clients expense.
If these conditions do not meet with your requirements we suggest you use a decorator in close proximity to your location and ask us to provide the stock only

To keep our overheads down and provide our customers with the most competitive pricing we ship your purchases direct to you from the Manufactuers.

Tite Ass  Workwear has a minimum delivery and handling fee of $16.50 + gst.  PER BRAND/LABEL –  Discounts may apply refer Discount Coupon Codes Tab at page footer.

Please note if you order more than one Brand/Label each order is shipped directly from the manufacturer to you, your decorator or our decoration facility and will have a delivery fee – these are determined by the size of the order.

Star Track, Direct Freight, Toll and Fastway are the main couriers used.

Your shipping is calculated at checkout depending on how many items purchased and how many different brands/labels you have ordered.

Min fee & Qty fee per brand/label  is $16.50. The following table reflects the Courier charges per Label. (add gst)

Standard shipping takes approximately 2-5 working days for metro areas, providing stock is available. Rural areas and certain parts of Western Australia will take slightly longer.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1-2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via road with tracking and the courier will require a signature for proof of delivery. If you prefer express delivery by Airbag, an additional cost may apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, the courier will still require a signature for proof of delivery, and cannot leave the parcel unattended, if no one is available to take delivery a card is generally left for you to either organise a second delivery or collection from the Couriers Depot. For personal deliveries and if no one is at home to accept your consignment it may be advisable to have it delivered to your workplace. NB. Courier Companies do not deliver to Post Office Boxes

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as freight costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total of the shipment as well as the delivery area. We advise you to group all your items in one order at the same time. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them whether or not from the same Manufacturer.

Incorrect Supply or Shortages :

Goods which have been incorrectly supplied or which are found to be faulty may be returned for replacement or credit after a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) number has been issued

It is at the discretion of Tite Ass Workwear to credit or resupply shortages.

It is the responsibility of the customer or their agent, where goods are delivered to a 3rd party (i.e.: your decorator) to check that the goods are as ordered (style / colour / quantity) prior to decoration.

Discrepancies must be advised in writing within 48 hours of the goods being delivered.

Incorrectly supplied goods that are decorated will be unabled to be returned.

Claims for shortages will not be accepted after goods have been decorated.

No claims for costs of decoration on incorrectly supplied or short shipped goods will be accepted.

Cancelled Orders or Incorrectly Ordered Goods Claims :

If goods are incorrectly ordered or an order is cancelled after it has been shipped return freight and a restocking fee will apply.

Our Restocking fee is $20.00 + gst or 10% of the stock item price – whichever is the larger amount for any orders cancelled

A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) MUST be provided prior to goods being returned. Goods can only be returned within 7 business days of delivery

If a order has been cancelled after is has been packed but prior to dispatch a restocking fee of $20.00 + gst or 10% of the stock item price will apply

Credit claims for shortages will not be accepted if the goods are delivered to a 3rd party (i.e.: your decorator) and the claim is not made within 48 hours of delivery or prior to the goods being decorated. – To avoid this we recommend Tite Ass Workwear decoration services.

Any decorated goods or goods not in original condition including packaging and swing tags (excluding faulty goods) will not be accepted for credit.

Returning Goods :

Discontinued stock items are not eligible for return under any circumstances

Return requests of any item must be received within 7 business days of delivery Our Restocking fee is $20.00 + gst or 10% of the stock item price – whichever is the larger amount for any returned items

All stock items being returned MUST have a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) attached. Orders must be returned in original packaging and in a saleable condition. A Return Authorisation Number (RAN) needs to be obtained prior to goods being returned. Goods sent without a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) attached will not be accepted by our Importers/ Manufacturers.

All costs associated with the returns of goods are at the purchases expense Tracking information must be provided to ensure the confirmation or any returned items back into our warehouse. Failure to provide this information may result in the loss of these goods to the purchaser
