“I would just like to thank you and your on-call staff person Craig for a job well done. 18 months ago your staff installed our solar hot water system which ruptured into a waterfall last night around 2am. I immediately called your on-call plumber who talked me through what to do and what your company will do to re-instate hot water ASAP. To his word, Craig arrived at around 2pm today and installed a temporary electric system and we now have hot water and said the old solar system is still under warranty and will be replaced without charge. This is the type of old fashioned, people friendly, service that trainers talk about but companies rarely achieve.
