They are joined by a talented team of stylists & technicians from across the globe, who each bring their own individual creativity to the team.

HEIDI PFIFFNER / SALON DIRECTOR/ART DIRECTOR/EDUCATOR

What are your strengths in your client/salon work?
An important strength is being able to adapt to all client personalities compassionately and understand their needs first and foremost and then inject creativity and personality,

Where do you gain your inspiration?
I am continually scouring International cat walks, fashion magazines and the TONI&GUY community Worldwide to further my ideas and seek inspiration in my own designs.

What three words best capture your salon creations?
Classic, contemporary and imaginative.

Which products can you not live without?
Label.m Curl Cream is great for protecting and defining curls, maintaining formation and shine.

BEN WILLIAMS / SALON DIRECTOR/ART DIRECTOR

Why did you pursue a hairdressing career?
Since leaving school I was always cutting my friends hair and willing to experiment with my own hair. I am a very creative person, whether it’s through art, music or fashion, so hairdressing was an obvious choice and the perfect extension of show my creative skills.

Why did you choose TONI&GUY?
TONI&GUY is such a great international company with so many job possibilities here and abroad. They have an impeccable reputation as the most innovative and highly skilled hairdressers globally, with an amazing ongoing training program for all levels of stylists.

Which product could you not live without?
Label.m Soufflé. It is such a diverse styling and finishing product. Whether using on wet hair to create texture, scrunching through curly hair or piecing through straight hair once dry to define pieces and add shine while still being light in the hair. Great for guys and girls!

CATHY / ART DIRECTOR

Over 20 years experience in hairdressing has provided Cathy with the opportunity to work in all aspects of the industry.  8 years into her career, Cathy decided to join the TONI&GUY family and moved to the UK to work before returning to Australia and joining the TONI&GUY Mosman team.

A strong focus on education over the last few years in has seen Cathy be able to pass on skills to her clients. She has a keen interest in the arts and all things creative have been the key to Cathy’s continued passion.

Whilst working with the creative and energetic team, at T&G Mosman it has provided the opportunity for numerous fashion shows, theatre productions and photographic shoots with successful placing in the national finals of the Wella Trend Vision on three occasions.

NICK / STYLE DIRECTOR

Coming from Toni&Guy’s flagship salon in Chelsea London, Nick has over 15 years experience within the industry. Not only does his professional portfolio see him working on numerous photo shoots and fashion shows, he has also been an educator for Rome’s top  hairdressing academy.

Nick has become an expert in all styles of cutting and creating glamorous, sophisticated blow-drys. His immaculate styling and calm manner will de-stress even the busiest of days and leave you feeling luxuriantly glamorous for the night ahead.

RICHARD / HEAD TECHNICIAN

I have 12 years experience as a hairdresser with TONI&GUY England and I specialise in all things colour. I am passionate about hairdressing and anything that allows me to be creative. I love to get my creative flair working hard and love a challenge, whether it is in the Mosman salon or not. I have studied art and photography and utilize these skills to enter Colour technician competitions with Wella and Loreal. I have also received a finalist award with Loreal and won Colour Image Of The Year.

MADDY / SENIOR TECHNICIAN

Where has your hairdressing career taken you?
Working with TONI&GUY has enabled me to take part in many different shows, photo shoots and incredible training. Whilst with the company I have travelled from the UK, where I did my training, to Cambodia, where I worked for Toni&Guy. While in Cambodia, I had the opportunity to work on Cambodia’s Next Top Model. I am now based in Sydney and loving it. I am enjoying building an amazing clientele, and have already had the opportunity to work backstage at wedding fashion week.

What is your favourite product?
I love the Therapy-Age Defying range from label.m, specifically the Age Defying Oil. It is great for all hair types to create and complete hairstyles. It gives the hair a gorgeous finish without being too heavy.

Who is your hair inspiration?
I love Alexa Chung. She is always one step ahead of the trends, and rocks some gorgeous bangs on trend! Her look while high fashion is still achievable for the high streets.

RUBY / TECHNICIAN

Hello my name is Ruby, I have recently completed my certificate III course. I have been working in a salon as an assistant since I was fourteen in a small salon in Tasmania. My dream is to someday become a Technical Educator within the colour world.

ZACH / STYLIST

Hi my name is Zach, I am senior assistant here at TONI&GUY MOSMAN. I have taken part in photo shoots with American Crew and Wella Trend Vision witch gave me the opportunity to win “Silver” in 2014.

I would love to work towards becoming a session stylist someday. So far with in my career I have been drawn to specializing towards men’s cuts and its classic barbering.

If I had to pick two of my label.m products it would definitely be “Volume Mouse or Mud Clay”

BROOKE / 2ND YEAR APPRENTICE

Hi my name is Brooke I am a 2nd year apprentice here at TONI&GUY Mosman, I am known to be very eager to learn since this has been my passion from early childhood. I am aiming towards becoming a technician and my passion at the moment is to do the most beautiful balayage.

JOEL / 1ST YEAR APPRENTICE

Joel is our fresh first year assistant. His passion and enthusiasm is infectious. His scalp massages are to die for. We are eager to watch his progress both through his training and as a valued member of our team.

Hello My name is Natasha!

I spend most of my spare time in the suburb of Newtown witch is located in Sydney inner west. I have been working for TONI&GUY Mosman since February 2015. Prior to joining TONI&GUY Mosman I was working in the medical field for four years but decided to move on to a more creative industry since I have always been passionate about the world of fashion and all the aspects that come with it.
