“My wife went to Top Image Hair Design at Northbridge for hair straightening. I was surprise why the hair appointment took 2 hours to complete at other ‘Professional’ salons take upto 4+ hours. The next day she found my hair was dried and frail. After trying to complain to the store owner, they couldn’t understand English. Now after 1 month, the hair is 50% suffering from being super-dry and splint ends. I will never recommend this store to anyone….even my enemies. Treatment was supposed to last 6 month, she need to get her long hair cut to short now to cover all the imperfections now….she spent $200 was not worth a single cent, if I now these apprentice was this crap, she could have put her hair to a butane torch for the same results!!!!“
