Hello I’m Suzanne,

and I have been helping people be free of pain since 1996.

I am a professional holistic therapist incorporating traditional massage therapies with energy healing practices.

I am passionate about my role in people’s health and well being.

Whether you need massage, subtle energy therapy or an intuitive merging of the two, I provide a safe and caring environment for you to return to health.

My philosophy….

is to use therapeutic bodywork as the way to nurture & fulfil the human need for connection & balance through the body, mind, emotion & spirit.
I am a Health Provider for Remedial Massage with all Health Funds and an accredited member of ATMS (7070) and ALA (1874).
As a professional Health Provider I continuously update my skills in accordance with the requirements of my Associations (ATMS & ALA)
I was consulting at the Heartland Centre Epping for 12 years, 9 of those as Owner/Principal.

My interest in the subtle therapies arose from my own search for connection and balance.
I practise yoga and meditation. I have travelled to USA, Peru and Colombia and have been privileged to partake in Traditional Indigenous Shamanic Ceremonies. My experiences and insights through these Ceremonies have been life changing.
I strive to live my life as a balanced, mindful & calm being. And what else…..?

THERAPIES

As a professional Practitioner since 1996 I integrate various modalities into my work.

Everyone is unique. Whatever your needs are, my focus as a bodyworker is on your personal body/mind make-up.

I take the quality of your sessions very seriously.

Remedial Massage

For relief of pain, to assist rehabilitation, stress reduction, as part of your fitness programme or to maximise general wellbeing.

Remedial Massage is the assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to gently release restricted muscles and joints. Pressure can be firm or light depending on your condition.

Sports Therapy

Incorporates a combination of massage techniques to aid your performance and recovery time during training. Flexibility is increased, muscles tone improved and fitness performance enhanced.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage moves fluid not tissue. It is a gentle therapy (without the use of oil) that enhances the removal of toxins, excess water and protein from body tissues and supports your immune system. Whether your swelling is due to injury, surgery, cancer treatment, blockages or injury to lymph vessels I can provide lymphatic drainage to help reduce your pain and discomfort.  I can advise on skin care and suggest remedial exercises that will help you manage your lymphoedema. I currently do not bandage.

Oncology Massage

If you have cancer, are in treatment for cancer, or have a history of cancer, Oncology Massage will help reduce the side effects caused by conventional treatments and improve your quality of life. Oncology Massage is human touch that does not cause pain. I provide this quality of touch in a caring, gentle and adaptive way…..I will work with you.
Oncology Massage is not a replacement for medical treatment.

Aromatherapy

Combines the healing power of pure essential oils and massage therapy. We will discuss how you are feeling in body and mind and I will blend a special combination of essential oils for you. Deeply relaxing.

Reflexology

A natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in your feet which correspond with every part of your body. Through the application of pressure on these reflex points tension is released, circulation improved and the natural function of the related
area is encouraged. Your feet will feel fabulous afterwards!

Bowen Therapy

Is a gentle but dynamic system of muscle & connective tissue therapy. Using specific rolling moves across fascia or soft tissue associated with particular muscle groups, tendons and ligaments, Bowen stimulates specific receptors that empowers your body’s
own healing resources achieving balance and relief from pain.

Reiki

Facilitates the transfer of life force energy to heal and balance your body, mind and soul. When your body can move to its optimal level
of balance it is from here that it is able to access its inherent ability to heal itself.
