“Do not go here!!! This place is awful! After buying a SCOOPON deal for eyelashes, I arrive for appointment to a very unwelcoming salon. Very rude staff and very dirty salon. Avoid here!”

‘I bought a Scoopon for eyelash extensions, as I walked in I had to use the bathroom, its a shack away from the building no lighting or toilet paper, its full of spiders and gross. Then the manager or owner went crazy because I didn’t have a print out of the scoopon she said and I Quote I dont know why I am helping you, I wish you people will just do as I say, but you have to waste my time. She didn’t mention anything about bringing a printout never. I then thought maybe I should just go as she is so rude and my $30 voucher is not worth this. Then I had the treatment I was scared the entire time laying down, the phone would ring and she would yell out to the other girl to pick up, so that tensed me up more. But then at the end I tried opening my eyes and she clued my top and bottom together I dont think I have ever been so worried, she then starts to rip them off from each other ripping my own Bottom eyelashes off. Afterwards my eyes were bloodshot its 5 pm I had my appointment at 9 am this morning. RUN do not go there the $30 cheap voucher is not worth the dirtiness of this place, the rude service. I would rather pay full price at a decent salon, first time trying scoopon and I will never again.”

“I have always felt comfortable in purchasing Scoopon vouchers due to Australia’s high health and hygiene standards….. This place is beyond filthy. The fact the toilet walk consisted of me walking to a toilet thru knee high grass and finally reach a toilet that had no toilet paper, no sanitary bin and no hand washing facilities were all minor complaints. The things that really upset me the most was after my procedure I noticed my towel had blood on it. My biggest regret is not walking out straight away.”

All the staff are kid and really friendly and always make me feel welcome as soon I step in the door I would highly recommend them to my where I have done hair, eyelash extensions, waxing and facials here and always receive top quality services”
