“Very helpful people. I inadvertantly drilled a hole into a pressurised Ipex polybutylene water pipe. To repair that with that companies products would have required a crimper @ about $300. I spoke with the guys here and also at Tradelink Darra and they came up with using a Sharp Bite sytem that would automatically clamp onto the Polybutylene pipe and insert a Sharp Bite length in the centre. Essentially cutting the damaged bit out and joining it using the Sharp Bite system. Really easy to use, no screws or spanners required. Thanks to all the guys at Tradelink who helped including Jason at Springfield who was instrumental and took the time to ask his collegues and come back with the solution. Very happy customer!”
