“1 starVery disappointed! I purchased a 2 1/2 hour special voucher ($160)for my wife last Mother’s Day as we just had the birth of our first child so she could enjoy when ready. When receiving the voucher I wasn’t told that it was for only 6 months. As the voucher has been in the envelope since then I expected it would be current for 12 months. As mothers may understand my wife has been body conscience since giving birth & it’s only now that she feels confident to allow someone to see her for a massage. After speaking with staff today I was told that they wouldn’t honor the voucher that had been paid for. We were told that we could get half the offer that included a facial & back massage but must come in tonight. Again we now have a small child & their is no way we could have done this in such short notice but again why should we only get half what we have paid for. We would normally use Tranquility Beauty Salon Mt Ommaney at least once a year for a special treat as previous experience have been great. Today you have lost two customers & personally as a business owner your customer service needs to be looked at. It’s a shame that businesses in this environment feel that treating customers that support them like this acceptable. I’m not asking for anything else but what we paid for. We paid for a service that you won’t deliver. I will not be recommending you to any of my friends & family.”

“I didn’t actually get anything done, but I was still made to feel very welcome with no pressure to purchase. Both of the ladies who were in the store, were beautifully presented and very friendly. They had a great knowledge about the stock on display and we’re happy to answer my questions about product. Presentation of the store was beautiful and it smelt nice. Not the horrible chemical smell you get from some salons. If I was wanting any kind of beauty treatment done, I would definitely go here.”
