Returns Policy

We encourage our customers to choose carefully as we do not offer a refund if a customer simply changes their mind.

Customers are permitted to exchange an item within 7 days for an alternative item.

If an item is deemed faulty by the relevant supplier company, the customer is first entitled to a repair, then a credit note or refund (please allow two weeks for supplier approval)
