Our Team

Maxine Dunne STUDIO OWNER & MASSAGE THERAPIST

Maxine is a qualified remedial massage therapist with over 10 years experience. She has studied various modalities including remedial massage, sports massage, shiatsu, reflexology, touch for health (kinesiology) and reiki, and as a result she offers a unique style of healing. Maxine listens to what your body needs and adapts her style accordingly to get the best results for you.

With a passion for connection and transformation, Maxine has completed many personal development programmes and has coached on various programmes herself.  In recent years she has discovered meditation and sees the benefits from her practice in both work and family life.

Her dream has always been to develop a community of passionate and dedicated people working together to improve life for their clients – physically, spiritually and mentally – with love, laughter and inspiration.

Punam Telford YOGA TEACHER 

Punam has practiced yoga since 2002 in various styles including hatha yoga, vinyasa flow and ashtanga.  She trained with Ruth White Yoga (an Iyengar inspired yoga school) in the UK.

Punam started practicing yoga to compliment her fitness regime and to bring calm and balance to her life whilst working in a busy and stressful corporate career.  It soon became a passion and from that point, she was inspired to train as a yoga teacher having experienced the benefits herself.

Various aspects of yoga, such as the postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation, have helped her to achieve a calmer, more grounded and healthier approach to life and the daily challenges it brings. Benefits that she loves to pass on to others.

Karina Meacham COMMUNICATION AND MINDSET SPECIAALIST
 

Karina is a family consultant specialising in communication and mindset who has over 15yrs experience working with families as a Paediatric RN.  She is passionate about helping families build incredibly strong, sustainable and fulfilling relationships.

Her expertise lies in being able to accurately identify a family’s reasons for dysfunction and work with them to design strategies and solutions that are specific to each member’s needs.

Karina places equal importance on being able to work with both the children and adults within the family, ensuring a very holistic and professional service.

Previous qualifications in Massage and Bowen Therapy taught Karina many invaluable lessons about the mind, body connection and how in particular children, respond to combined mind and body work.

She is currently an associate member of the International Coaches Guild and Effectiveness Training Institute of Australia.

Karina conducts regular workshops, facilitates an 8 week parenting communication course (Parenting Effectiveness Training) and consults regularly to individual families.

Macarena Astrain MEDITATION TEACHER / HOLISTIC HEALER
With a background in Metaphysics and Meditation our Holistic Healer, Macarena, loves to help empower people to reach their full potential in life through Energetic work and Meditation.

Having first been introduced to Meditation and Energetic Healing in her late teens, Macarena has adopted this practice into her daily life ever since. Her practice has helped her maintain low stress levels, particularly during stressful times such as the difficult separation from the father of her children and the more recent death of her mother. Her practice has also helped improve her health, achieve a healthy level of self-esteem and discover her true self; it has brought balance and harmony to her life.

Originally from Santiago, Chile Macarena is a certified Energetic Healer, Reiki and Meditation practitioner. Macarena also works with children and is certified in Mindful Movement and Meditation for Kids.
