“Went to get my nails done at Trinity nails and was not a nice experience at all!! When requesting them to be shaped nicely and bumps to be filed off my nails, the lady rolled her eyes at me and started speaking in her language to the other ladies which I find extremely rude! Will not be going there again!!!”

“Can not believe how terrible the customer service is at this place!!! Went in for refills and the lady was extremly rude and did the worst job. My nails werent even straight. 3 days later one fell off! I went back to show them and another staff member said they will fix them all for me and to come back within a week, whenever I was able to. I went back into the salon 4 days later and the lady who said she would fix them for me was not there. The lady who originally did my nails was there and EXTREMLY rude and said she could fix them but I would have to pay half price to get them redone again. She refused to give me an email address so that I could contact the manager to complain! Nails barely lasted a week! Will NEVER go here again!”

“I had my toe nails painted and was not happy! I told the lady one of my toes had smudged and her reponse was “once I paint top coat it’ll look fine” it did nothing to fix it and she did nothing about it”

“Took my daughter for a pedicure. The worst pedicure ever, the staff spent 20mins in total on her feet including putting nail polish on her toe nails. Post pedicure her feet were rough, dry skin evident, nails still uneven. Nail polish poorly applied. When I complained, the staff was so rude to me and refused to take the dry rough skin off her feet. Don’t go here it’s not worth the money and being treated in an off hand manner.  “
