True Potential and Desiree Simmonds has been helping people with their health and wellbeing on the northern beaches of Sydney since 1995.

Situated in the old and quiet market garden area of Ingleside, True Potential provides Massage, Meditation, Energy Healing and Personal Growth to those wanting to be healthy and happy on all levels of their being.

Desiree’s many years as a registered nurse also helps her provide practical assitance for those presently dealing with medical conditions.  She is patient and thorough with her care and she provides a safe and comfortable environment for you to relax and enjoy the process back to health or balance.

She is a current member of the Australian Traditional Medical Society (ATMS No 6572) and The Chiron Healers Association.

She sees people only by appointment and can be contacted by email or phone.
