Fellow blondes , if you want blonde hair , I advise you to stay away from turning heads. I came in with ombré blonde hair already , wishing to make it an ashy type colour. My blonde was at the golden stage , where if you were a blonde you’d know it’s a bad stage , I showed a picture as to what I wanted and I was shown on the hair pallets which colour would be used. The ombré soon became 1cm from my scalp ,yellow , didn’t even blend, and the rest of my hair is now yellow , it didn’t get toned and I basically lost half my thickness from it being brushed out. Nothing what I had asked for I got. So, paid a ridiculous amount , lost half my hair ( my hair WAS really long) , and now have worse hair than what I came in with. Let’s just say , I do not recommend this place. Very disappointed. Tears were shed.”
