“Fantastic service! Very knowledgeable in the beauty/hair industry. Coming from the rat race in Sydney and moving to Perth I have never meet such nice, lovely and helpful ladies. They gave me a goodie bag with lots of summer tan products for free as well.

They offer training too, so if you want wholesale prices on great products I definitely recommend doing a corse with them. Why not save yourself some money for the long run and learn something new.

“Absolutely refused to give me an exchange or refund for a faulty product. They said because i had opened the package they couldn’t exchange or refund me because of hygiene reasons. Absolute bull! The facial sponges were packed in a resealable bag and each sponge was individually heat sealed. I opened 2 to use only to find they were rock hard (even after soaking over night) so i didn’t touch the other ones. Didn’t offer me any solutions, i had to ask for the manufacturer’s contact details. I thought about contacting consumer protection as i am fully aware of my legal rights to a refund for being SOLD A FAULTY PRODUCT but the manufacturer handled my case very professionally and i let it go. The manager should know better and i am still considering putting in a notice to consumer protection in case they pull this with other customers. Totally regret that i was honest when one time they forgot to charge me for an item. Called up and paid, how stupid am i? Will never go back again and make sure anyone i know doesn’t either.”
