“Shit! And my comment was deleted too i see! Stop being horrible to your scoopon users!! And maybe get a customer service course! Telling people to hurry up from sink to chair after a wash is absolute bullshit and so rude. And stop watering down your colours and maybe hire QUALIFIED hair stylists. I never write reviews but your place stood out for all the WRONG reasons. And I am entitled to my opinion. And if the scoopon states an extra $15 for thick hair DONT charge $50. I cried my heart out after the terrible experience in this salon � hopefully the demon that runs this business has learned from her mistakes as i see some good reviews lately. But personally i would never step foot inside the door of this business ever again.”
