What to Expect:

At your first appointment you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire concerning your state of health.

Your practitioner will then ask you relevant questions based on the information you have given and your personal health goals.

You will be asked to lie down (fully clothed) and the practitioner will monitor your muscles by applying slight pressure to your wrist and then be able to find blockages in your body systems and balance them by means of a series of movements, massage and acupoints, etc.

The experience is pleasant and quite relaxing.

Particular health problems may require other services such as flower and shell essences for emotional issues, homeopathic medicine, nutritional supplements and dietary advice.
