It’s underwhelming to ask for advice before the haircut (i.e expecting a professionals opinion and subsequent conversation) and be told that its a good idea to bring a photo of what you want so that you will be on the same page. Is the reluctance to have a discussion due to lack of patience, disinterest in the customer or incompetence? This example sums up the experience.
