“Called Brendan for a quote for a Rinnai hot water system to replace my 17 year old hot water heater. He came out very quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote and discussed the pros and cons. I decided to go with him and I’m sure glad I did! He scheduled the installation and was here on time and did a very good job. Very honest, neat, tidy! Hard to find in this day and age. He even came back a little while later when I called him and asked about a problem i was having with my dishwasher, spent time looking, found the problem, fixed the problem, and wanted nothing for his time and knowledge. You can’t go wrong with this man. Will definitely tell everyone! Hope he stays in Pakenham for a long long time!”
